Worth knowing before you proceed

Mercor disclosed a security incident in March 2026 affecting its contractor/hiring platform — a different part of the business than the enterprise data-licensing product described above. It resulted in several class-action lawsuits, still in early stages as of mid-2026.7 I'm not hiding this to close a referral — do your own reading before deciding.
